Senior Support System Project Management Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Support System Project Management Specialist to join the MQ-25 Product Support Team in Berkeley, MO. In this role, you will work closely with program leadership and IPTs to help develop and drive organizational sustainment, track and ensure successful program deliverables in the areas of support equipment, logistics, analysis, training, automated test equipment and product support.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
• Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
• Develop and establish lead time requirements
• Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
• Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years’ experience in project and/or program management
• 5+ years’ experience utilizing Program Management Best Practices
• Experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering
• Experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with training systems and trainers
• Ability to manage and motivate in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
• Experience leading software development and sustainment activities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
