About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives工作职责:
1、营管处方面
① 营管处物资、资料的申请、交接、管理及发放
② 早会支持、培训班的支持、日常事务支持
2、合规方面
① 清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求
② 及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险
3、主管分配的其他工作
基本要求:
1、大学或以上学历
2、3年以上工作经验
3、熟练使用MS-Office软件
4、具有较强的沟通技巧,服务意识,责任心和工作主动性
5、工作有抗压能力和团队合作精神
