WinnCompanies is looking for a thorough and dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Congressman George W. Collins Apartments, a 195-unit residential community located in Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. This job requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with a rotational on-call schedule. Please note that this is a union position and will eligible for benefits provided by the union.
