This position is responsible for performing quality control check for both core & high end watches & fine jewelry products to ensure our products are compliant as in best condition without defects and to take care of product & customer repair claims as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control

  • Local Country Core & High End Watch & Jewelry Quality standard & result (Import/Export/Routing/Repair Claims)
  • Arbitrating the quality issues within its country (or via regional/global office)
  • Boutique support/training for Quality related issue
  • Prepare Quality report & analysis
  • Communication (e.g.Quality alerts, announcements to stakeholders)

After Sales Service

  • Coordinate the process & communication for both Core & High End Jewelry repairs whether repaired by either local or global (In House & External workshop).
  • Boutique support/training for Aftersales related issue
  • Spare part management & inventory control measures

Processes & Systems

  • POS/CASS/AX/WMS (or any upcoming new systems) related procedures, processes & data

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

Work Experience

  • 3 years or above working experiences in related area.
  • Experiences in statistical quality control will be a plus.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
