About the Role

Position：北京分公司人才储备-营销员渠道

岗位职责：

• 业务规划与策略制定：制定年度销售、客户经营或人力发展策略及计划，统筹项目执行，以达成公司管理层设定的业务目标。
• 营销与业务推动：策划并执行营销活动、竞赛方案、客户经营或人力发展项目，通过线上/线下活动推动业务增长，管控预算和费用，确保资源高效利用。
• 合规监督与风险管理：贯彻执行监管政策，监督业务流程合规性，管理销售品行、异常行为或人力留存风险，确保符合法规和公司标准。
• 团队管理与赋能：领导和赋能团队员工，通过培训和督导确保团队高效运作。
• 数据分析与决策支持：统筹业务数据分析和报告，提供销售、客户或人力相关洞察，支持管理层决策，及时调整策略以解决业务问题。
• 临时任务处理：响应业务需求，高效完成主管分配的临时性任务，如报告撰写、项目支持或突发事件，妥善处理好营销员的各类特殊事项。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历，经济学、市场营销、管理学或相关专业优先，具备广阔的视野和准确判断力。
• 8-10年以上寿险行业工作经验，其中需包含营销管理、业务行政或人力发展领域的实战经验，熟悉保险营销、培训、监管法规及公司基本法。
• 优秀的业务前线思维、战略策划及目标管理能力，对市场高度敏感，具备创新思维和业务分析能力。
• 强大的组织协调、沟通表达和团队协作能力，擅长项目管理、流程制定和制度完善，能有效领导团队达成绩效。
• 精通保险知识、政策法规及数字化工具，具备处理复杂问题、突发事件和压力应对的能力。
• 具备良好的英语读写能力，较强的报告撰写技能
