Position Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing ISCC certification programs (CORSIA, ISCC PLUS, ISCC EU), supporting compliance and documentation for renewable feedstock activities, and partnering with merchandising teams to ensure regulatory and international shipping requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee control systems from initiation of trade through final settlement

  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice and/or training

  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies

  • Communicate written policies and procedures across the organization/LOC

  • Consult with legal counsel regarding compliance issues

  • Train and report with employees on compliance topics

  • Prepare and revise KPI reports and procedures for senior management

  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operations challenges

  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager

  • Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 5-7 years’ relevant experience required
