Job Summary:

What part will you play?

  • GAF Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager to manage strategic alignment and deployment across the Enterprise organization.

  • This exciting role will work within a cross-functional team to guide direction and implementation of business goals and drive operational improvements in the Enterprise sector of the business. 

  • The ideal candidate must have a great understanding of tools and processes that enable teams to succeed, a drive for operational excellence, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.   • This person will be responsible for developing program models, launch plans, business processes, updates to existing programs, and timelines that will hold the organization’s functional groups accountable for the successful launch of new services offerings.

What will you do?

  • Develop, organize, and execute plans for Enterprise programs, including scaling new service offerings, product launches, and territory expansion.

  • Build and foster strong rapport with executives and cross-functional senior management; ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, priority, operational plan, and status at all times.

  • Ensure that projects are executed in alignment with the overall strategic objectives, budget commitments, and timeline expectations. Identify and communicate risks by priority and work cross-functionally to resolve or mitigate. 

  • Develop and implement organizational systems and communication cadence to maintain operational success for the company’s rapidly growing and changing needs.

  • Create, maintain, and improve necessary reports and tools to evaluate performance against key metrics; communicate progress and issues.

  • Support multiple, parallel, fast-paced, high-priority strategic projects as needed.

  • Implement continuous improvements and best practices within systems, the team, and the larger organization.

What do we require from you?

  • BA/BS degree.

  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on customer-facing initiatives and/or the deployment of products or services.

  • Experience launching a new market, program, or services/product offerings is a must; sales or business operations experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in strong execution and implementation of innovative solutions.

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations.

  • Ability to quickly synthesize large amounts of information into actionable plans. Conversely, comfortable working in environments with partial or incomplete data.

  • Strong team player who supports their team in all regards and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work.

  • Process-thinker who can continuously reinvent and improve how we do things.

Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $135,000 - $165,000 and an annual bonus.
