Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Ensure the quality of software solutions by conducting thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in business requirements analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in business requirements analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.
