As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering an environment of trust, transparency, and customer-centricity. You will act as a strategic partner for the business and finance focal point for the Pharma International stakeholders, leveraging in-depth financial expertise to influence decision-making, challenge the status quo, and ensure that our financial strategies are co-created to deliver maximum impact for patients and the organization.

About the opportunity:

  • Lead robust, fit-for-purpose financial planning (Outcome Based Planning), focusing on short/mid-term outlooks and enterprise-level P&L management.

  • Oversee closing, reporting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy according to FGAR and Statutory rules in collaboration with Shared Service Centers.

  • Drive insightful decision-making on portfolio management and prioritization, acting as an entrepreneur with an outside-in view to manage risks and opportunities.

  • Lead the simplification and standardization of E2E processes, leveraging technology and data democratization to create new business insights.

  • Coordinate workgroups for budget efficiency and one-offs, while co-creating pricing strategies and fiduciary decisions for private, public, and government commercial contracts.

  • Act as a driver for the Global Finance Network, connecting dots across the affiliate and headquarters to deliver aligned and prioritized outcomes.

  • Act as a key team player with Finance Enterprise Partner, providing financial modeling and predictive insights to support them with resource allocation and investment decisions.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

  • Advanced English for global reporting and local fluency.

  • Extensive experience in P&L management, from forecast definition to actuals tracking, ensuring strict financial governance and alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Proven ability to consolidate results across the entire affiliate, acting as the official focal point for reporting and communication with Headquarters.

  • Previous leadership experience is a must, with a focus on coaching high-performing teams, fostering a growth mindset, and nurturing talent.

  • Strong business acumen experience with a "hands-on" profile, capable of establishing governance with commercial teams and acting as a high-level Strategic Business Partner.

  • Solid experience interacting with the Board and high-level leadership, demonstrating resilience and the ability to influence at an enterprise level.

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Excel for complex simulations and data manipulation.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to translate financial data into a holistic picture to support data-driven decisions through strong storytelling and influence, combined with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability for a hybrid model (3x per week onsite at our South Zone office).
