Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning across multiple dimensions such as business, management, and market for the studio, with a focus on Miniclip's global and China markets.
  • Oversee overall project management for both domestic and international business, ensuring projects progress as planned, particularly in collaboration with Miniclip.
  • Drive business communications, exploring various opportunities including domestic product distribution, collaborative development, and other partnerships with Miniclip.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive adoption and usage of Miniclip's products in both global and China markets.
  • Identify target user segments and lead the development of targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and user feedback to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness.
  • Fully leverage product offerings (events, revenue contents) to ensure lower channel costs.
  • Closely monitor marketing funnel KPIs and fluidly navigate and adapt/readjust on the go, to drive end results, and maintain close alignment with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with a significant portion in senior strategic planning or project management roles within the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry.
  • Possess advanced logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and formulating effective solutions.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successful project deliveries at a senior level.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly passionate about games with extensive knowledge of the gaming industry; having a deep curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $110,400 to $300,000 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
