Job Purpose Summary

The HLISB Deposit Exec is responsible for the ongoing initiatives for customer retention and also supports the Manager in implementing various promotional activities and/or campaign to increase FD balances and acquire new customers.

In the daily activities, the HLISB Deposit Exec will liaise, discuss and follow up with internal stakeholders to review progress and development of promotional activities and ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time in full.

Segment Management:

• Plan, manage, and execute all deliverables for promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and effective implementation to achieve targets for FD balances and new customer acquisition.
• Manage and execute monthly retention programs via Connect Renewal, to increase retention rates and maintain strong FD balances.
• Facilitate the approval process for marketing programs and campaigns with the Deposit Committee, ALCO, Top Management, and Shariah.

Product Development & Growth:

• Support the Manager in expanding sales channels, including digital platforms, third-party platforms and partnerships, to achieve overall business growth targets.
• Develop and manage differentiated promotional programs and campaigns tailored for various sales channels and customer segments.
• Collaborate with IT and PFS Digital teams to roll out enhancements and new initiatives that increase FD balances, expand into new sales channels, and improve the overall customer experience.
• Develop dedicated segment strategies and marketing plans for key customer segments, including NTB, PB/PV, and High-Net-Worth customers.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct periodic monitoring and analysis of campaign performance and competitor activities, proposing ideas and improvements.
• Prepare and analyse post-campaign performance - via insights to customer segments, promotional strategies, and its effectiveness in driving business direction.
• Communicate regularly with branches regarding campaign and product sales achievements.
• Prepare presentations slides for management meetings, providing updates on product performance and operational activities.

Daily Operations & Support:

• Address daily inquiries from branches via calls and emails concerning Deposit-i products and system issues.
• Assist branches in resolving issues, coordinating with the Business Automation team as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend special rate requests from branches and customers.
• Monitor daily deposit movements to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Additional ad-hoc duties as required to support HLISB.
