Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Analysts in a hybrid working environment, fostering collaboration
  • Allocate and review work, providing timely feedback to support high-quality outcomes and strong performance
  • Establish team capability by identifying skill gaps and supporting learning through coaching, mentoring, and targeted training
  • Set clear, achievable performance goals that align with customer expectations and quality standards
  • Provide team-level leadership and Content Set expertise to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Ensure customer queries and issues are resolved effectively, consistently, and in line with established policies
  • Facilitate regular performance and development discussions to support growth and career progression
  • Create a positive and engaging team environment that encourages adaptability in a changing business landscape
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development
  • Collaborate across teams to facilitate cross-functional initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across complimentary e teams and customers
  • Understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with experience using tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Relevant experience in content, data, or operations-focused roles, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Tried ability to support team development, encourage innovation, and supply to continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs, with willingness to work flexible schedules in a hybrid model
