The Engineer supports the design, analysis, testing, and production of products and systems by performing a broad range of engineering tasks, interpreting technical documentation, resolving equipment and system issues, contributing to product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and operational performance for domestic and international applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports to support design decisions and provide technical information to engineers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (25%).

  • Contribute to product development by writing performance requirements, reviewing customer specifications and proposals, and evaluating feasibility, cost, and maintenance considerations (20%).

  • Support production activities by coordinating manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and operational requirements to ensure adherence to design and performance specifications (20%).

  • Assist with system and equipment design by specifying components, supporting structural design activities, and providing feedback to design engineers based on customer needs and field observations (20%).

  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and equipment investigations by designing test apparatus, diagnosing failures, recommending corrective actions, and overseeing installation, operation, and maintenance activities (15%).

Representative Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

  • 4–6+ years of engineering experience with exposure to design, analysis, testing, or production support

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, drawings, and specifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and production operations

  • Understanding of equipment troubleshooting, failure diagnosis, and corrective action practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional engineering and production teams

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced engineering or production environment

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, technical collaboration, and professional growth
