At CMC Markets, our End User Support team delivers exceptional internal IT service across our global business. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused End User Support Specialist to join us in Dubai.

In this varied role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, managing requests via chat, email, phone, and face-to-face. You’ll also support AV and video conferencing, handle onboarding and offboarding, and work closely with teams in London and Sydney to maintain our high service standards.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Exchange, and MS Teams

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • A genuine passion for technology and customer service

Nice to have:

  • Experience in ITIL or multi-tiered support environments

  • Knowledge of modern AV or Mac (JAMF) support
