WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Store Marketing team based in Korea and will work closely with other teammates within the Store Marketing team. The role will also involve collaboration with key partners in visual merchandising, brand marketing, online marketing, sales, finance, and various internal teams. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with Nike’s Global office and manage external vendors/agencies for store design, events, and other areas.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a specialist- RETAIL BRAND INLINE KOREA, who will execute a world-class marketing journey specific to retail in a way that enhances Nike’s brand vision. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a track record of developing and executing brand/ marketing campaigns. Retail marketing related experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication both English and Korean, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment, and adjust to changing priorities.


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and effectively engage consumers at Nike stores. You will play an important role for creating a new level of Nike stores in Korea that represents the brand. Other responsibilities includes:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing for Nike stores including design, communication and consumer experience
  • Launch brand campaigns and create consumer journey optimized for retail channels 
  • Oversee all aspects of in-store service and events, monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, and identify optimal local agency or vendors both in terms of output and cost
  • Lead and/or support team’s operational task including execution maintenance, budget management, sample order placement, etc.,
