Duties and responsibilities

Job entails planning and directing advertising & Promotion programs and policies, producing collateral materials like posters, coupons, contests and so on, creating extra interest in service of shoppers.

Contracts Champion For :

  • Advertising Contract;

  • Social Media Contract & other contract;

  • Webpage Maintenance;

  • Event Space Booking and short term leases;

  • Adhoc procurement and service contract

  • and follow through with the contract management which comprises procurement, contract management and administration, certify completion of works and invoices. This will include issue of PO and update OMS Online system for completion, invoice etc.

Placemaking scope of Work :

  • Event Management and Liaison;

  • Rental of Event / Advert Spaces / Push-carts;

  • Inspection of event space / push carts;

  • Broadcasting of EDMs, social media marketing;

  • Manage Concierge vendors;

  • Manage & update webpage, promotion & info etc;

  • Manage Host App and refresh contents and update promotion in the app. Inspecting advertising copy and layouts and edit scripts, video and audio tapes, and any other promotional material

  • Actively work with Galleria retailers to collaborate on the Advertising and Promotion

  • Onboarding new Galleria tenant to Galleria A&P Platform

  • Actively work with HPB or other vendor to organise event and wellness programmes

  • Preparing budgets and submitting estimates for event costs as part of development of campaign plan.

  • Identifying and developing contacts for industry programs and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales promotion results for determining promotion campaign cost effectiveness. Collate and analyze Tenant GTO

  • Gathering and organizing information for advertising campaign strategies.

  • Plan, co-ordinate and propose place making activites for building occupants, liaison with tenant.

  • Prepare and submit reports

  • Ensure renewal of Licenses such as:-

  • Temporary use of event spaces;

  • Webpage & Server license renewal;

  • Others

Key Responsibilities:

Tenancy Design : Delivery of Guidelines and Tenancy Management during Fit Out

  • Tenancy Management bridges the gap between Prospect / New Tenants’ needs, site constraints, property management requirements such as maintenance, and design execution of fit outs.
  • Work with consultants to finalise new Tenancy Design and Fit out guidelines, ensuring that requirements are operationally sound. (Ie: Hollistic review of design variations and co-ordination in cases where onsite condition may not be able to adhere to prescribed design (Mall’s Guidelines / Tenant Brand Guidelines)i.e In the case of Audi’s glass enclosure where the design intent has to be modified.)
  • Communicate design concepts and guidelines effectively to Prospects & New Tenants, providing support and guidance throughout the fit-out process via frequent communication. This is especially critical & a key co-ordination process.
    • To review New Tenants fit out submission to ensure they are aligned with building design intent and Tenants operational requirement.
  • Oversee ad hoc design projects from concept through to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Example: sub-division of existing unit (space management). Process involving co -ordination with Consultants & Contractors.
  • Maintain project documentation and to track progress for New Tenants, proactively resolving any design-related issues that may arise during implementation.

Tenant / Prospect liaison

  • Co-ordinate & follow through on Prospects’ and New Tenant queries with Consultants, Leasing & the Landlord
  • Eg; In the case of Gym requirement at the Basement, to ensure responses to multiple prospects with different requirements are met. Faciliatte with feasibility study and quotes required.
  • Key co-ordinator with various parties and single touch-point for Tenant along the Tenancy Journey. From Fit Out Briefing -> Fit out Review -> Tenancy Works -> Marketing ->  Store Opening
    • Collaborate & work closely with Marketing (Placemaking) team to design visually impactful displays and materials that engage customers and communicate brand messages clearly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in business/ marketing

  • Effectively perform administrative activities.

  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.

  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.

  • Actively looking opportunities to help people.

  • Active listener and written documents understandability.

  • Perfect time management skills and able to work multiple tasks timely.

  • Ability to convey information to others effectively.

  • Ability to persuade others in order to change their behavior or minds.

  • Critical thinking ability and financial resources management skills.
