Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and support for Salesforce Development in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Salesforce Development, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to configuration, customization, and integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and system diagrams. - Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for Salesforce Development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a cloud-based environment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
