- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align data engineering objectives with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in data management and pipeline development to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ability to ensure data quality and integrity throughout data lifecycle management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data processing issues.
- Familiarity with data migration and deployment strategies across diverse systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Delivery.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
