AIG’s underwriters help to find insurance solutions for risks from a range of areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients and High Net Worth individuals.
How you will create an impact
The primary responsibilities of the Product Officer include the end-to-end product development processes across all business archetypes within in-scope geographies, as well as the implementation of bureau, standard and manuscript product development process optimization, and transformation. This includes improved efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes, ensuring that operational and customer performance standards are both established and attained. The role will also ensure adherence to established target operating models, as well as establishing and adhering to product regulatory and compliance requirements. The Product Officer of North America will be a key driver in the formation and management of a single policy and endorsement library working with other CUO team members, Operations, IT and Legal. In addition to NA responsibilities, the Product Officer will provide strategic direction as appropriate regarding product development, regulatory and compliance process needs outside NA, with the support of international and resources in the regions.
The Product Officer, North America, General Insurance, will report directly to the Global Head of Underwriting Governance, Quality Control and Reporting.
