• A Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree, preferably with specialization in Chemical/ Metallurgy/ Mining/ Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school
• 1-3 years of consulting experience or 3-5 years of industry experience
• Lead and deliver data-driven transformation projects across industries with a focus on CNR (Chemicals, Metals, and Mining) sector use cases.
• Design and implement data governance, master data management (MDG), and data quality frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance
