The HR Assistant will support the smooth functioning of day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative processes. The role provides frontline support to employees and managers, coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities, assists with HR reporting, and other HR initiatives

What will you do?

  • Handle day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative tasks within HR policies and procedural guidelines
  • Liaise with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues on HR related administration queries.
  • Support in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards including headcount, leave data and other key metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) for employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and payroll procedures
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR administrative processes.

Experience and Education Required:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in an HR Department or similar environment.
  • Hands‑on experience in Labor compliances, benefits administration & vendor management is an added advantage
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication and coordination skills .
