Position Summary
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing processes associated with sales enablement tools, project management supporting system enhancements, and sustaining activities. The manger position involves, but is not limited to the direct oversight of:
Aligning sales enablement (Opportunities, Contracts, etc.) needs with application capabilities, mapping and facilitating process improvement as required
Leading projects across business and IT functional areas adhering to time, budget, and scope constraints
Working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple functional areas (Product, Underwriting, etc.) to define overall application requirements and design considerations
Utilizing analysis and data management tools to ensure data integrity within sales applications
Developing operational decision support tools including executive dashboards and reports
Facilitating and/or recording trainings; creating concise communications and/or job aids for process and system change management
Supporting business needs through a consultative approach, ensuring our internal and external client’s needs are being met and are aligned with corporate goals and values
Supporting end user requests and troubleshooting issues that come in from the “Sales Support” case queue or directly; providing coaching and guidance to enable end user success
Required Qualifications
6+ years of relevant experience that includes: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a position required to do issue analysis, critical thinking, and innovative solutions. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing moderate to complex business process projects.
Proven ability to deliver high quality project work and solutions that satisfy stakeholder expectations and meet scope, schedule and cost considerations
Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Demonstrated consulting, communication, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in change management
Familiarity with process mapping, process improvement, and root cause analysis concepts
Understanding of software development methodologies and experience in Project Management processes and related tools
Aptitude to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation
Effective interaction with all levels of management
High level of proficiency with productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Web meeting applications
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management application experience
Previous role in Sales or Account Management or Sales Operations
Formal Project Management training and/or certification
Data analysis and data integrity experience
Education
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
