A position is open on the Materials Finance team for a driven professional to participate in various projects, perform complex analysis and support budgeting and reporting activities. The successful candidate will use numerous analytical tools including Excel, Tableau, SAP and NNA’s proprietary Parts Performance Database to drive informed decision making across the finance department. The individual should be comfortable quickly analyzing large sets of data and concisely summarizing key insights while also having the ability to drill down into the details. This position will work collaboratively across departments with Purchasing, Engineering and IS as well as other teams within the finance department. Job functions include but are not limited to: · Execute projects to increase visibility and accessibility of data, drive cost reduction, generate easy to us dashboards and continuously increase the functionality of reporting tools · Drive streamlining and process improvement activities to increase efficiency and develop useful insights into vehicle costs · Perform monthly validation and analysis of vehicle bill of materials · Provide variance explanations of actual results vs budget and forecasts for part, vehicle and supplier level costs · Support budgeting and forecasting activities Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited university. · 3+ years of experience operating in a performance / results oriented “fast-paced” culture. Preferably automotive background and experience in analytical roles. · Demonstrated functional knowledge including strong technical proficiency / capability · Solid financial acumen (analytical skills) and fastidious attention to detail. Dependable, flexible, team player / orientation · Highly proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). · Hyperion and SAP S4 Hana experience required. · Programming experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or database software is a plus.Aguascalientes Aguascalientes Mexico
