Working daily with all stakeholders (Project managers, Service team, Account Managers, Customers...) to ensure customer training is scheduled accordingly
Drive Backlog Execution
Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions [FVR (timely submission & safeguard quality), Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates and Customer Surveys.)
Support Clinical Education Specialists to achieve their productivity targets (includes customer-related activities, development and mentoring)
Assist with events at our Academies
Working with the marketing team to create Educational promotional material
Provide reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality General Managers & management
Preparation of Internal & External Quality Audits and ensure compliance of quality regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Use critical thinking to help teams resolve issues and define solutions
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization
Ability to work with cross functional teams to help build effective processes
Previous experience in Resource planning
