As an Operation Leader you will be required to support the Customer Experience Manager in optimising the delivery of clinical application training by achieving the Daily operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working daily with all stakeholders (Project managers, Service team, Account Managers, Customers...) to ensure customer training is scheduled accordingly

  • Drive Backlog Execution

  • Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions [FVR (timely submission & safeguard quality), Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates and Customer Surveys.)

  • Support Clinical Education Specialists to achieve their productivity targets (includes customer-related activities, development and mentoring)

  • Assist with events at our Academies

  • Working with the marketing team to create Educational promotional material

  • Provide reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality General Managers & management

  • Preparation of Internal & External Quality Audits and ensure compliance of quality regulations

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Use critical thinking to help teams resolve issues and define solutions

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to help build effective processes

  • Previous experience in Resource planning
