Position Summary
The Director, Brand Strategy & Growth, will be on a small and high performing team, playing a critical role in building and delivering the CVS Health brand strategy. We are looking for our next “brand athlete” who welcomes the opportunity to tackle a variety of customer and brand-centric problems that can drive business growth.
This leader will own and drive strategy development and planning in partnership with key teams such as Corporate Strategy, Brand Identity, and Marketing to redesign our enterprise brand strategy. This leader will also play a key role in evangelizing and actioning our enterprise brand strategy among business units. Additionally, they will lead the development of a multi-year growth roadmap and, in partnership with BUs, build a systematic approach to identifying and closing gaps that dilute our brand promise.
The ability to impact and influence with a combination of data and storytelling will be imperative to the success of this leader. Strong project management and ability to build and drive management routines with senior stakeholders will also be a key to success.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent (4 years’ experience and High School Diploma/GED) required.
MBA preferred
Travel required: Minimum 25% expected to our retail stores and other business units to deeply understand how the customer will experience the strategies you build.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
