Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Network & Server Security Senior Analyst. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring secure network connectivity by collaborating with infrastructure, network, and security teams.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience working in cybersecurity, network security, or infrastructure security roles within enterprise environments.

• Strong experience with next-generation firewall and VPN administration and operations (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto).

• Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions, including EDR, XDR, and antivirus/antimalware platforms (e.g., Trellix).

• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions administration and operations (e.g., Symantec, Microsoft).

• Knowledge and practical experience with vulnerability management processes and tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus).

• Experience managing two-factor authentication (2FA) and conditional access solutions (e.g., FortiAuthenticator).

• Hands-on experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions, such as CyberArk.

• Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including routing and switching.

• Ability to work in on-call rotation and perform overtime when required (approximately 10% of the time).

• Fluency in Portuguese (native or fluent) and English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and maintain next-generation firewalls and VPN solutions to ensure secure network connectivity.

• Manage and support EDR, XDR, and antivirus/antimalware platforms, ensuring endpoint protection and rapid incident response.

• Perform daily operations and administration of DLP solutions to prevent data leakage and ensure compliance with security policies.

• Execute vulnerability management activities, including scanning, analysis, remediation coordination, and reporting.

• Administer two-factor authentication and conditional access solutions to strengthen identity and access security.

• Manage and operate CyberArk solutions, ensuring secure privileged access control and compliance with internal security standards.

• Support network security operations, including troubleshooting and maintaining routing and switching configurations.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure secure and resilient environments.

• Participate in incident response activities and security investigations when required.

• Ensure documentation of security configurations, procedures, and operational processes.

• Formal training or certifications from security and cloud vendors, such as: Microsoft Azure Security, AWS Certified Security, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, F5, Check Point

• Experience with cloud security in Azure and/or AWS environments.

• Exposure to security monitoring, SIEM, or SOC-related activities.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security best practices.

• Spanish language proficiency.
