As a Senior Manager of Central Mask, you will lead a global team to achieve and maintain best in class photomask quality in the holistic, photomask ecosystem in high volume manufacturing. Your direct team constructs, deploys and transforms the standards for the use of photomask and photomask equipment to intercept the technology, performance, and delivery requirements for today and for our future in HVM. You will execute to this by focusing on manufacturing big rock performance optimization, and ensure priorities are aligned to Micron business plan and/or strategic objective requirements across manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities:
- Establish your organization and developing your team: build up, train, and enable the collaboration across all stakeholders
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout the holistic photomask supply chain including design, tape out, manufacture and use
- Lead worldwide efforts to enhance reticle quality management in HVM sites (equipment, procedures, business process)
- Engage with both internal and external suppliers to strengthen partnership and lead initiatives to achieve and exceed internal customer expectations
- Lead worldwide efforts to transform VOC (voice of the customer) to enhance business process or standards
- Contribute to global expansion projects in both existing facilities and greenfield sites
- Collaborate with both upstream (fracture/tape out) and downstream (reticle manufacture) to optimize design specifications, achieve cycle time expectations and enhance end customer experiences
- Create and develop strategic roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholder groups
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the worldwide factory network functions
- Demonstrated team development and leading strategic, transformative initiatives
- Front End (FE) manufacturing or reticle manufacturing, fab process knowledge
- Personnel and resources management, development and mentoring
- Effective communication at multiple levels of the organization
- Effective project management with exceptional customer focus
- Voracious learner and educator
Suggested Qualifications:
- 4+ years, direct supervisor experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields
