Now Hiring: Make Ready Technician / Painter – Seattle & Bellevue

Are you good with your hands, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in leaving things better than you found them? We’re looking for a Make Ready Technician / Painter to join our team in the Seattle and Bellevue area.

What You’ll Do:

Help turn recently vacated apartments into fresh, move-in-ready homes by:

• Painting and repairing drywall

• Replacing or repairing windows, screens, doors, baseboards, light fixtures, and more

• Inspecting apartments and completing checklists to ensure quality standards

• Tackling minor plumbing and electrical fixes (like faucet leaks or replacing light switches)

• Helping with apartment trash-outs and general cleaning of common areas

• Assisting with outdoor upkeep like sweeping, raking, and cleaning entryways

You may also rotate into an on-call schedule to support after-hours needs, with plenty of support and training.

What You’ll Need:

• Basic experience with painting, drywall, general repairs, plumbing, or electrical work

• A willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a reliable team

• Availability for rotating on-call shifts outside normal hours

What You’ll Get:

• $21.50 - $24.00 / hr
