Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes actively participating in the design and customization of software solutions to align with business process requirements and application needs. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software configurations are effectively implemented and maintained, supporting the overall project objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between software configurations and business process designs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management principles and best practices.
- Experience in customizing software applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and translate business process designs into technical configurations.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and techniques to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve configuration-related challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
