The National Sales Center Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of insurance producers in a high-volume sales environment. This role involves managing the daily operations of the sales center, providing coaching and guidance to the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and driving sales targets. The National Sales Center Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving sales goals, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead national P&C insurance agency
Work with leadership team to implement the overall sales vision and goals of the agency
Develop, implement and administer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for producers
Gather and analyze sales data to provide weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership team
Quote and bind policies
Stay informed and communicate with sales team on carrier appetites and carrier updates
Coach and develop insurance producers (sales team) by delivering sales training
Increase efficiency and effectiveness of the agency
Lead weekly/daily Sales meetings to ensure clear communication
Recruit, interview and hire new producers and assistants
Accomplishes team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching and praising job results
Responsible for performance evaluations and monthly quality and productivity profile and feedback to team members
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance industry or a high-volume sales setting.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and underwriting guidelines.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales team performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in salesforce automation tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to customer service excellence.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
5 + years experience in Property & Casualty sales.
Florida 220 General Lines License or Out of State Equivalent.
Experience with Applied Epic and QuoteRush preferred.
