Position Purpose: This is a leader-doer role responsible for analyzing complex data and delivering reports that support timely decision‑making and strategic objectives. The position leads and contributes to high‑impact continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical guidance, mentoring, and people management for a team of analysts. This position will have direct reports.

About the role:
Design and deliver complex, accurate reports that support business processes, projects, and decision‑making; evaluate business needs and recommend effective data visualization and reporting solutions
Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reporting; serve as a subject matter expert on available data sources
Own assigned reports, including documentation and maintenance
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues; support users in understanding and interpreting data
Maintain complete and up‑to‑date documentation for all reporting and development activities
Communicate analytical findings clearly to analysts, leaders, and business partners; build strong working relationships through effective written and verbal communication
Provide exceptional customer service by prioritizing requests, responding accurately and timely, and routing work based on team capacity and skill sets.
Lead and support continuous improvement efforts by standardizing reports and processes, implementing best practices, and reducing manual effort and cycle time.
Mentor and provide technical and analytical guidance to other analysts; share business knowledge across the team.
Support resource allocation and capacity planning by evaluating reporting requests and participating in planning discussions.
Monitor and support team performance metrics related to quality, timeliness, and delivery of reporting outputs.
Participate in cross‑functional projects by providing data and analytical support.
Act as a liaison with other business areas as needed to ensure appropriate reporting support.
Support team engagement initiatives and assist leadership with planning and team development activities.
Manage direct reports as assigned, including goal setting, coaching, performance feedback, and development.
Participate in leadership meetings and support internal goals.
About you:
English Level: Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
Education Level: Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
Years of Experience: 3+
SQL Programming knowledge
