EMEA Poly Senior Finance Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst who will join 3 people team dedicated to Poly business in the EMEA region. In this position, you will collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making processes and to conduct complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. You will also represent the business unit and the organization as needed, build productive relationships, and mentor lower-level employees.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for Poly business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.

  • Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation

  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

  • Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

  • Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.

  • Represents the organization to external customers and clients.

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

    Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline

  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

  • CPA, CFA or CIMA certifications will be a plus

    Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in Profit And Loss (P&L) Management

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken

  • Ability to influence

  • Experience in leading process improvements projects at the regional level will be a big advantage
