2020 Companies has partnered with Samsung Electronics America to hire passionate, tech savvy, Samsung enthusiasts as a dedicated B2B Training Lead – Strategy & Execution within our Business channels. This role will ultimately be responsible for supporting the assigned dedicated Carrier, Channel, and Direct Touch teams through our internal and external Senior Leaders across the entire United States.  The B2B Training Lead – Strategy & Execution will work very closely with Senior Leadership primarily supporting training events, business functions, training videos, and internal training webinars while also uncovering additional opportunities through business partnerships with account teams, joining team calls, and visiting in the field.

 

Your Role as a B2B Training Lead – Strategy & Execution with Samsung Electronics America is to:

  • Travel to and facilitate all training events, roadshows, carrier events as requested by partners and leadership.
  • Create more opportunities for selling in house solutions by building relationships with partners to learn customer's needs and managing partners by region (via training, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders in order to tailor training to best fit the needs of the team.
  • Manage the creation and implementation of a variety of different training methods including hands on, blended, digital, technical and train the trainer.
  • Understand our internal customers that we fully support.
  • Identify opportunities of improvement or areas of excellence within programs; report findings to senior partners.
  • Effectively train on how to create an exciting experience for consumers.
  • Innovate new and fun ways to engage team in training and development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, account teams, internal management, etc.
  • Effectively design/implement training materials to enhance the overall learning experience.

 

Successful B2B Training Lead – Strategy & Execution qualifications:

  • Obtained Bachelor degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field.
  • Successful training experience/proven track record in performance management.
  • Ability to perform independently with strong decision making skills.
  • Creative design skills utilizing technology based tools and processes.
  • Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with company’s needs.
  • Impeccable oral, verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% - 50%.
  • Ability to work with multiple decision makers to create content required to support business needs.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Solves for yes to leadership/client requests.
  • Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Values and creates a winning culture.
  • Proactive in own self development.

  • Plan and execute all operations pertaining to virtually based learning/webinars (including content consolidation, setting up training platform, and facilitation of content to the audience)
  • Required reporting back to Senior Leadership


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field
