Must have Skills : Workday US Absence Management Good to Have Skills : Workday US Time Tracking Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : As a Subject Matter Expert - SME, responsible for Workday US Absence Management delivery and configuration. Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday US Absence Management implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement. Technical Experience : Led atleast 1 or 2 end to end full platform implementation projects.Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management and Workday US Time Tracking. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday US Absence Management is mandatory. Professional Attributes : Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management. Educational Qualification: Mandatory experience in the primary skill.
