Analyst, Channel Operations

Description:

ADI’s Global Channel Operations team is seeking a passionate, process driven analyst who will be responsible for various critical items across the channel operations platform. This role will work collaboratively with other groups across the globe to maintain our system data integrity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a process working closely with the Pricing Organization who is responsible for maintaining part adds, deletes and price changes.
  • Audit the changes to the pricebook to ensure they are in line with our overall strategy and guidelines.
  • Communicate on a regular basis to the overall Distribution Network on changes to the pricebook.
  • In depth understanding of our channel management system, ModelN
  • Documentation of process flows/changes to process flows related to our channel management system.
  • Collaboration with other stakeholder groups enterprise wide utilizing our channel management system to suggest process improvements geared towards efficiency and data integrity.
  • Engagement with our distribution partners over data submitted via our channel management system; root cause analysis, process improvement and data validation.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required.
  • Highly detailed oriented and solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of Channel Management Systems; ModelN experience is a plus.
  • Use and understanding of Project Management software such as JIRA/Azure Dev Ops is a plus.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $66,112 to $90,904.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
