As Operations Intern you will be supporting team members for all relevant queries and learn around Infobip Performance/Incentive plans and their policies/rules, quota carriers bonus calculations or payouts and customer facing performance reporting. You will be supporting the team and learn on how providing analysis, insights and support to the relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using Excel and company tools for analytics and data visualization;
- Proactively analyzing data and reporting key findings;
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and revenue, providing insights to the team and management;
- Communication with stakeholders for collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement;
- Documenting the existing process & suggesting areas for process improvements.
More about you:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics or or related fields and available to work full time
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- You are available to start work on October 7th, 2024.
- You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
