THE OPPORTUNITY

The Market Access Spclst (Reimbursement) will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies and plans for both in-line and soon-to-be-launched products. This role will work with a cross-functional team that includes Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Policy, Market Research, and Regional Market Access to optimize patient access to our pharmaceutical portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute market access strategies to influence and accelerate favorable pricing and reimbursement decisions for key brands and new launch products.
• Work independently on the NHI price application dossier, including but not limited to BIA, HEOR, value messages, and stakeholder engagement, by collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
• Conduct IRP analysis to develop optimal pricing strategies that maximize our business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Policy team to shape a conducive pricing policy environment by demonstrating the value of innovation, including scientific data, RWD, health economics studies, and international practices.
• Possess a profound knowledge of NHI pricing policy and the global budget system. Conduct stakeholder mapping and engage stakeholders with value propositions to sustain partnerships.
• Work with Medical to develop health economics/local data generation studies aligned with access needs. This includes identifying and engaging with investigators, defining parameters with Medical, verifying health economics models and inputting local data, developing manuscripts, and supporting study publication.
• Support New Product Planning activities prior to 24 months before the new product launch, including competitive landscape analysis, regular NPP dashboard inputs, long-term business forecasts, early stakeholder engagement, shaping a positive policy environment, and defining access strategies.

What You Must Have

• University degree majoring in Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields preferred.
• A minimum of 1 years market access or HEOR , or at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry is required, with new product planning experience is a plus
• Strong Knowledge on NHI pricing policy and global budget system
• Competency in analyzing, developing and implementing strategies and plans
• Strong interpersonal communication skills/ project management skills/ good command of English in writing and presenting and learning agility
• Good problem-solving skills and leadership in cross-functional project
• Excel and statistics expertise to handle health economics and data analysis.Proficiency in Excel and statistics to handle health economics and data analysis.
