What will you contribute?
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will help craft the strategy, stories and experiences that bring Finastra’s Payments solutions to life for customers around the world. You’ll partner closely with product management, sales teams, solutions consultants, and central marketing to craft compelling narratives and high‑value content that truly resonate with our target audiences.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Develop product narratives: Contribute to product positioning and messaging that clearly articulate the value and differentiation of our Payments solutions.
Support go‑to‑market planning: Participate in the execution of go‑to‑market initiatives for new product launches, including the creation of customer-facing materials.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product Management, Web, Brand, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, and SDR teams to align on messaging and ensure consistent execution.
Create high‑quality content: Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, solution videos, thought leadership assets, and web content.
Manage digital updates: Assist with content updates across digital platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Conduct market and competitive research: Provide insights that help inform product strategy, messaging, and award submission opportunities.
Partner with external stakeholders: Support third‑party initiatives such as peer review programs, SEO optimization, and collaboration with external writers and agencies to ensure alignment with brand messaging and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills and Experience:
Relevant experience in product marketing or a related field (experience in software, SaaS of fintech is a plus).
Experience developing marketing content with social media and digital marketing platforms.
Basic understanding of product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills: ability to plan and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent PowerPoint skills; familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Highspot, Salesforce) is a plus.
