JR50204 Principal Engineer - ASIC Emulation

Job responsibilities:

• Migrate RTL Design to Emulation Platform Build and support various ASIC Controllers with Emulation platform
• Develop understanding on ASIC Controller Design / Architecture and Enable ZEBU Platform deliverables
• Extensive knowledge of Design Concept, Emulation Prototyping and Platform Development / Validation / Support (ZEBU/Palladium/Veloce)
• Expertise on ONFI / PCIE-NVME / UFS / DDR Protocol knowledge
• Develop / Maintain Emulation Platform with extensive knowledge on Scripting, Virtual Host Environment setup and Emulation cluster management
• Provide continuous support to FW / DV users and have Hands-on Experience to FW platform tools like MDB, UART etc.
• Work with DV / Validation / FW team to create regression / Debug Infrastructure for efficient platform enablement

 

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of extensive experience in Emulation Platform development (ZEBU / Palladium / Veloce)
• Good understanding on DDR / UFS / ONFI / PCIE + NVME Protocol and Host interfaces.
• Knowledge of industry standard interfaces, such as DDR, ONFI, AXI is an advantage.
• Proven experience in scripting languages such as Python / Perl / TCL
• Solid verification skills in problem solving, FW Interactions, Debugging skills, Sightings resolution etc.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Positive attitude must.
