Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury reports for Actual,,Forecast and Budget scenarios; investigate, explain, and resolve variances;

• Run consolidation for Hitachi Rail Group;

• Experience with creating ad hoc query and analysis with OneStream application;

• Strong ability to perform under pressure and skilled at managing shifting priorities;

• Load and maintain data from multiple sources in our multidimensional database: OneStream;

• Assist in the Company’s implementation of OneStream for relevant change request;

• Prepare journal entries as required;

• Assist with audit, and regulatory reporting requirements;

• Provide recommendations on process improvements;

• Manage daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting;

• Working knowledge financial management software (SAP Liquidity Planner);

• Ability to manage the records manually and electronically;

• Maintain financial books and electronic financial management system;

• Excellent knowledge of English Language;

• Manage the processing and accounting of electronic receipts and disbursements;

• Manage daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting.

Requirements:

Experience and Education

• Balance Sheet in Finance or Accounting;

• 5+ years of experience, Treasury experience preferred;

• Working knowledge and understanding of IFRS/GAAP

• A focus on continuous improvement and process excellence;

• Knowledge of OneStream platform is a must;
• Excellent knowledge of English Language is a must;

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with commitment to high-quality work products;

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including modeling;

• Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively and efficiently for reporting closing;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
