THE ROLE

The Project Affiliate Coordinator will report to the Affiliate Marketing Manager and assist in the coordination, activation, and completion of the Affiliate, Promoter and Macro Programs across festivals and concerts. They will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our database.

The ideal candidate for this role specializes in data entry, is an effective multitasker, adheres to project coordination processes and best practices. The position requires a high level of familiarity with spreadsheets, quick learning abilities, and efficient cross checking and verification processes. This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office full-time and travel to work events.

                

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in coordinating day-to-day festival and concert activations
  • Verify and review inputted and tracked data for errors and inconsistencies
  • Monitor budgets and  guest list allotments, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Complete data entry tasks promptly to meet deadlines
  • Create presentations for aggregated data
  • Maintain open communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates
  • Provide onsite support and assistance during festivals
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as they arise
  • Various tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Coordinator or similar role
  • Previous experience in project coordination or related roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management tools/software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management tools/software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal capabilities to effectively to communicate with stakeholders 
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality and security practices
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and database management

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when on site working events
  • May work in drastic temperature climates when traveling to work events
  • Must be willing to travel to work during evening, holiday and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Pay Rate Hourly Range: $20.00 - $25.00 USD
