Job Description:

Responsible for managing end‑to‑end instrument operations, including SMS/MYM system activities, inventory governance, and process compliance.
Leads SMS project readiness through master data validation, UAT, training, and Go‑Live execution. Oversees missing/damaged instrument handling, instruments inventory management, CIP cleanup, write‑offs, and Skyline/DNS project tasks.
Collaborates with CSAs, sales teams, cross functional teams and service centers to ensure timely transactions and operational continuity.
Drives reporting accuracy, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvements.
