Do you want to build modern workplace automation solutions and grow your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform? As a Power Platform & SharePoint Developer in our Microsoft Modern Work team, you will design and implement apps, workflows, and integrations that help clients streamline processes and improve efficiency. You’ll work closely with architects and functional consultants to deliver secure, scalable solutions that make a real impact.

You’ll have opportunities to configure Copilot Studio actions, connect them to Power Automate/APIs, and help ground copilots with enterprise data—making this a great chance to learn and grow in the AI-powered workplace automation space.

 

This is your opportunity to:

o   Develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate flows, and Power Pages for enterprise clients.

o   Configure Dataverse and/or SharePoint as data layers and integrate with external systems via connectors/APIs

o   Contribute to ALM practices using Azure DevOps and support CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.

o   Participate in Copilot-enabled scenarios: build actions that trigger flows/APIs and help test/ground copilots with secure data.

o   Collaborate with architects on solution design and participate in code reviews, testing, and demos.

Skills, qualifications, certifications, experience (must‑have):

o   Hands‑on experience with Power Apps (Canvas &/or Model‑driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages

o   Knowledge of Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles) and/or SharePoint as a data layer

o   Familiarity with ALM and Azure DevOps; exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform

o   Understanding of integration via standard/custom connectors and REST APIs

o   Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills

o   English proficiency (written and spoken)

 

 

Additional requirements (Will be considered as an advantage):

 

o   Team lead experience (leading a workstream or mentoring juniors)

o   Ability to coordinate delivery and represent your track in client forums

o   Independently design complex components (e.g., model‑driven app with Dataverse tables, role‑based security)

o   Copilot & GenAI exposure: building Copilot Studio topics/actions, connecting to Power Automate/APIs, grounding copilots with SharePoint/Dataverse, basic prompt design & testing

o   Degree in Computer Science (or related) would be considered as advantage

o   Microsoft certifications (PL‑200, PL‑400; PL‑600 is a plus)

o   Experience with Logic Apps, system/data migration, and cross‑platform integrations

o   Written and speaking fluency of any other European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish)

 

 

Top 3-5  responsibilities:

 

o   Solution Development: Build Power Apps, flows, and pages based on client requirements

o   Data & Integration: Implement data models in Dataverse/SharePoint; integrate with external systems via APIs

o   Quality & ALM: Contribute to ALM practices, documentation, and testing; support CI/CD pipelines

o   Collaboration: Work closely with architects and functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility

o   Continuous Improvement: Participate in demos, PoCs, and knowledge sharing within the team

 

Work Location: Lithuania (TRP and EU work permit required)

Work model: Hybrid, flexible, business trips
