Summary:
As a Product Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital or physical products. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, sketching initial concepts, and creating detailed prototypes. You will engage in iterative user testing, gathering feedback to refine product designs, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations. Additionally, you will document your design process and present your work to stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.

- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
