Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will also engage in regular communication with stakeholders to align operational activities with business objectives, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of application deployment and management in production environments. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
