About the Role
As a People & Culture Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in not only local initiatives but also in fostering global collaboration with our global People & Culture team. Your efforts will help bridge cultural and geographic divides, ensuring seamless communication and shared strategies that align with our company's global vision.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Co-design and Implement Global Programs: Work together with our global team to create development programs that resonate across diverse cultures and markets, adapting strategies to meet different regional needs while maintaining a unified organizational direction.
  • Share Best Practices: Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to integrate proven methodologies and fresh ideas, driving innovations that improve employee experience universally.
  • Align Strategic Goals: Ensure that all development initiatives support our overarching mission and ambitions, creating a consistent and impactful employee journey from continent to continent.
  • Strengthen Networks: Foster relationships between teams across different locations, cultivating a global community that thrives on shared objectives.


Your primary tasks will be:

  • Co-develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with our global People & Culture team to create and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture across all regions.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Seminars: Partner with international colleagues to design and conduct workshops that promote professional growth and development, leveraging diverse perspectives to enrich content.
  • Enhance Onboarding Programs: Work closely with stakeholders to refine onboarding programs, ensuring they reflect our core values and are adaptable to meet local team needs while maintaining a consistent global approach.
  • Analyze Impact on Global Performance: Assess and report on the effectiveness of development activities, considering both local and international outcomes and their alignment with global organizational goals.
  • Manage Internal Communications: Add to communication platforms to guarantee the dissemination of relevant information and cultural values, and strengthening our global identity.

Through these responsibilities, you'll help cultivate a cohesive company culture on a global scale. The People & Development team is part of the People & Culture Denmark Department.

Qualifications needed

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about people and has a strategic mindset. You're an excellent communicator, a problem solver, and a proactive thinker who thrives in a collaborative setting. You'll work closely with employees, leaders and teams across our site to ensure that our development aligns with our ambitious goals, making a tangible impact every day.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering environment with proven record of working in a global company across sites.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and talent development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrates experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Is a team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings, and can inspire and challenge the status quo.
  • Has business-level fluency in English and Danish and adeptness in engaging with diverse cultures.
