What We'll Bring:

HR Documentation associate will focus on documenting internal procedures following the guidelines to provide the best HR support for the TU associates.

What You'll Bring:

1-2 years experience in HR operations, Back Office or related discipline. Experience documenting processes for example SOP, QRG, Checklists, etc in a detailed and concise way. Knowledge of Excel, Workday, Outlook, Adobe, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, ticketing systems. Highly collaborative to work across multiple departments. Committed to providing a flawless customer experience. Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Impact You'll Make:

1. Handle documentation requests via ticketing system and ensure completion within SLA.

2. Able to draft documents such us SOPs, QRGs, Checklists, email templates following standard formats. Work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality.

3. Ensure documentation is updated in the respective channels, SharePoint, employee portals and hubs. Conduct audits on current documents to ensure they are are updated and accurate.

4. Partner with different stakeholders within and outside the organization to document process and ensure clear understanding of the documentation process.

5. Respond to status inquiries and manage proactive communications with the team members internally.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
