About this role:

The Director of Branch Incentives & Reporting Strategy is responsible for shaping and governing branch incentive strategy and field performance reporting. This role advances incentive plan design, strengthens measurement and controls, transforms reporting into an actionable performance tool, and proactively addresses issues to ensure incentive investments scale, and support sustained branch growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for branch incentive programs and performance reporting

  • Align incentive design, performance metrics, and reporting to enterprise growth, productivity, and objectives

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking of industry incentive practices to inform plan design and ensure market relevance

  • Develop data driven business cases and pilots to test new incentive metrics, peer structures, and reporting enhancements

  • Ensure reporting clearly links performance and incentive outcomes to enable effective coaching and performance management

  • Partner with Technology and product teams to define and develop scalable incentive and reporting metrics

  • Collaborate with risk, controls and audit to ensure plans and reporting meet governance, compliance and control readiness standards.

  • Drive incentive communication and change enablement, partnering with Incentive Compensation Design & Delivery to reinforce mechanics and expected behaviors

  • Lead continuous improvement and issue management, identifying root causes, resolving incentive and reporting related issues, and incorporating lessons learned in future plans.

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

  • 3+ years of experience overseeing or managing complex incentive compensation programs within financial services

  • 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or branch banking experience .

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience using data and analytics to inform business strategy, insights, and outcomes

  • Experience effectively partnering cross‑functionally with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Technology, Compensation, and HR Business Partners.

  • Program management, operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives experience

  • Ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders and partners at multiple levels

  • Experience in operational risk management and control frameworks

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Strong Executive communication, influence, and change leadership skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
