What you will do

The Purchasing team represents the back office for in-country purchasing and it plays an essential role verifying the purchase requisitions, creating and sending via email the Purchase Orders, providing various reports and trainings as key users. How you will do it

  • Lead a dynamic team of Purchasing Administrators, Inspiring and guiding a talented group to achieve excellence in procurement

  • Build a High-Performing team by recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent while providing coaching, development, and motivation to unlock each team member's full potential and ensure a strong succession plan

  • Responsible for development and implementation of effective processes within own team

  • Ensures that all applicable internal processes, guidelines and working instructions are kept

  • Resolves internal customers expectations and proposes new solution to simplify customer’s work

  • Creates, implements and measure key performance indicators for team and purchasing coordinators

  • Cooperates with other business support teams to ensure complex services for internal customers

  • Ensures promotion and keeping of JCI Ethics policy within own team

What we look for

Required:

  • Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent the Purchasing team to branches and suppliers

  • 2-3 years of experience as Team Leader, preferably in Purchasing

  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken

  • Self-motivated and reliable

  • PC skills – Ms Office, intermediate knowledge

Preferred:

  • People management experience

  • University degree

  • Fluency in another language

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1800 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
