We are seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report (RTR) – Intercompany Associate to help manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate preparation, posting, and clearing of intercompany cross charges and invoices while adhering to compliance standards such as SOX controls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in month-end closing activities, including managing intercompany statements and balance sheet reconciliations.

What you will do:

• Prepare Non trade Intercompany cross charge 

• Posting Intercompany invoices both AR & AP both trade and non trade

• Prepare payment for Intercompany and perform payment clearing related Intercompany

• Prepare Intercompany related Balance sheet recon

• Prepare Sox Control recon. 

• Prepare Intercompany recon. 

• Perform Intercompany Month End Closing such as close module, sending & replying Intercompany Statement Of Account. 

 

What you need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (mandatory) to support communication with Mandarin-speaking markets such as Taiwan.
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., ERP, SAP) is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
